Spring into Summer with a tasty lunch and ever-popular demonstration by Vikki of Griffin Greenhouses to get your plants going for the season.
The Luncheon Menu consists of:Roasted Spring Chicken Breast slices (cold) with Potato Salad, served atop Summer Salad (variety of lettuces) garnished with Pineapple Chunks, Mandarin Orange Segments and *Pecan Halves with *Poppy-seed Dressing, and accompanying mini croissants and butter.
Dessert is a refreshing variety of Summer Jellies with (real) Whipped Cream and Tier Trays of Two Bite:Lemon Tarts, Lemon Squares, Chocolate Brownies; Rainbow frosted mini cupcakes and mint kisses.
Copious amounts of Tea & Coffee will be served.
*Pecans will be served separately on the table and *Ranch & Raspberry Dressing will be offered to anyone who may suffer from nut or seed allergies. A BIG Salad will be offered to accommodate vegetarian dietary requirements.
